Privacy Policy
What GembaData collects when you use this site, why, and what rights you have over it. Plain language, not legal padding.

Here's the whole picture — there isn't a longer version hiding behind this one.
Who's responsible for this data
GembaData is operated by Tamás Vörös, a sole proprietor based in Hungary, at Budapest, 1112. For any privacy question or request, contact info@gembadata.com.
Only what booking a call requires
If you book a call through the widget on the Contact page, our scheduling provider Cal.com collects your name, email address, and time zone, plus anything you add in the booking notes. If you email us instead, whatever you include is between you and us — sent through your own email client, never stored on this website.
Legal basis
We process this data because you actively requested it, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f): to take steps at your request before entering an agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.
Cal.com handles scheduling
Booking itself runs entirely on Cal.com's own infrastructure (hosted in the EU, at app.cal.eu), not ours. Cal.com processes your booking details under its own privacy policy, which is worth reading for the full picture of what it does with that data.
No tracking, no analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own — no analytics, no ad tracking, no visitor logging. The Cal.com booking widget, when loaded on the Contact page, may set cookies it needs to function (for example, a bot-protection cookie from Cloudflare). We don't access or use any of that data ourselves.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept only as long as needed for the engagement they relate to, or per Cal.com's own retention settings for the underlying booking record. We don't build a mailing list or a marketing database from this data.
What you can ask us to do
Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you, or object to how it's used. Email info@gembadata.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can also complain to Hungary's data protection authority, the NAIH.
If this policy changes
If this policy meaningfully changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't be individually notifying past visitors, so check back occasionally if it matters to you.
Questions

There's no ad network here, no data broker relationship, and no hidden tracker running in the background. What's above is genuinely the whole picture.
